The Role:

Reporting into the Project Manager, based in Ventia’s Winston Hills office, with onsite parking available we have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full time Administrator to join the team for an immediate start.

As an administration officer at Ventia, you will work in a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally.

  • Inputting, reviewing & maintaining data within several different Microsoft Excel Reports from several different data sources
  • Reviewing, raising & dispatching Work Orders within the operating system - SAP
  • Reviewing, Maintaining and Managing shared mailboxes within Microsoft Outlook
  • Coordinating & following up supervisors and subcontractors via phone call & email in relation to field-based works

About you:

The successful applicant will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years of admin experience
  • MS Excel skills (Intermediate - Advanced)
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • SAP knowledge is desirable, not essential.
