About the Role:
Providing effective administration support to the Finance Manager and project teams to ensure that financial and administrative matters are handled in accordance with accepted accounting policies and standards.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Finance team to perform end of month activities.
- Maintaining fixed asset master data and project master data for Ventia.
- Assisting the Finance team to deliver timely and accurate reporting.
- Back up to Accounts Receivable officers.

About You:
- SAP experience is highly desirable
- Sound computer skills including MS Excel
- Previous Administration experience an advantage
- Ability to deliver tasks quickly within a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Ability to work autonomously and own responsibilities
- The ability to work as a member of a team.
