About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, we have an opportunity for someone looking for a 6-month fixed term contract to join Ventia as our Manager of Performance & Reward.

Located in our new and beautiful Melbourne office (Cremorne, VIC), it is easy to get to via public transport and a parking centre close by. This contract position will see you work closely with senior leaders of the Ventia business.

Options to be based in our Sydney Office or other state offices will be considered for the right applicant.

What you’ll be doing

  • Facilitate enterprise wide renumeration benchmarking for a variety of positions across diverse sectors.
  • Manage the Ventia employee benefits (Venperks) portals and website.
  • Liaising with our P&C Team, Senior Executives, Business Leaders and Operational Managers on remuneration advise.
  • Writing papers for the board on renumeration and various projects.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience working in a Remuneration and Benefits team.
  • Self-sufficient analytical with well-developed computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills and confident to deliver expertise and advise to senior staff members.
  • Construction and or infrastructure or similar industry knowledge or background would be an advantage but not essential.
