About the role

This role reports through to the Customer Experience Manager – Transformation and Projects, and has key accountability for supporting and improve the key systems within the OTC area across Salesforce, JDE and Customer Portal. You will be joining a highly motivated team, the Customer Solutions Team whose culture is built on trust, respect, collaboration and joint success.

Working closely with our Technology and Digital team, you will be responsible for business improvement initiatives within the Order to Cash area.

This role is a key role focusing on the internal processes, tools and systems that enable our customers to interact with us effortlessly.

This is a great role for candidate who is interested in learning Salesforce and agile transformation methodology on project delivery. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing Customer requirements, business improvements, project delivery and execution.

You will be highly analytical and numerate and demonstrate the ability to interpret data and provide insightful commentary on identify issues and form solutions that will address these concerns. You will have strong presentation, reporting and communication skills. Your exposure/interest in salesforce administration role will also set you for success.

It will be important to demonstrate a high degree of business knowledge across Order To Cash - transferable skills from many industries.

Skills and Experience

This role requires a highly motivated candidate and a natural collaborator that has a strong background in Customer experience management.

The incumbent would have sound capability in building and growing relationships, strong influencing skills, and a passion for process, system and ways of working improvements.
