About the role

We are seeking to provide an opportunity for an ambitious and skilled Technical Support Coordinator on a 12 month FTC, you will have an eye for detail, meticulous organisational skills and proven track record in improving efficiency. In this role you will have the opportunity to add value supporting the broader sales and technical team whilst taking ownership on customer focused projects and processes. Customer centric, you will have the opportunity to improve the customer experience and solve complex problems with your commercial acumen.

You will be based in either Brisbane or Newcastle.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Experience working in and supporting a sales or technical environment.
  • Management of purchasing processes, purchase orders, invoicing, pricing, catalogue management, stock tracking.
  • Proficient in Project Management, & analysis
  • Advanced Excel, SharePoint and MS office skills
  • Experience with Vendor & Contract Management
  • Knowledge of a large ERP such as SAP, JDE and Salesforce would be ideal
