About the role:

As the Advisor – Organisational Development (OD), you will engage with the business to integrate and implement organisation wide frameworks, processes and tools with the purpose of building and enhancing capability across the business with particular focus on performance, talent and engagement.

A passionate OD practitioner, you will bring corporate strategies and initiatives to life through diagnosis, development, execution and evaluation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the development, refinement and implementation of OD policies, frameworks and initiatives to support P&C’s strategy, uplift in culture, and drive performance and productivity.
  • Coordinating the implementation of the organisation employee experience survey, undertake analysis and produce reports for senior and executive leadership.
  • Coordinating the exit survey process and related reporting cycle, identifying trends and develop supporting strategies.
  • Coordinating and participating in the annual performance cycle, as well as support career development and talent management initiatives.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to understand organisational development needs.

About you:

Your success in this impactful role will be underpinned by your significant previous experience in organisational development in large and complex organisations. You’ll demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills, leveraging your passion and subject matter expertise in best practice OD, to develop and execute OD programs with impact.

Key skills and experience:

  • Tertiary level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology or relevant discipline.
  • Experience in a diverse, results oriented organisational development role.
  • Experience in survey design, reporting and interpretation and performance assessment.
  • Experience with Qualtrics software is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Organisational Development frameworks, processes and the development of supporting tools.
  • Well developed communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
