As a senior systems analyst, you’re in the driving seat when it comes to configuring and rolling out systems that put customers first. You’re the type of person who can confidently make changes based on a customers’ needs. That’s because you think like one.
Why this job?
Maybe you’ve recently fallen flat with the lack of opportunities to apply your Salesforce expertise. You’ve got the ideas, but you’re not getting the ears. You’ll be listened to here. You’ll use your Salesforce Service Cloud (or similar database management) skills every day to implement a system that helps customers feel like they’re taken care of.
You’ll also learn from experienced colleagues. You’d join a vibrant and supportive team of 22 here. The environment is open forum. No ideas are off the table. Different perspectives, fresher thinking, everyone grows together.

What needs doing?
Salesforce is coming. It’s currently at its foundation stage. Over time, you’ll be adding CRM functionality to it and ensuring every piece of data can be securely transferred from existing legacy systems.
You’ll be answering some tricky questions along the way. Questions you’ll have the answers to. You know that if you give your colleagues the right system, they’ll have everything they need to look after customers.
You’ll have gathered that, without your Salesforce Service Cloud (or other CRM system) and database experience, none of this would be possible. Any other experience in the Salesforce domain will only help to deliver great customer outcomes.
