About the role
Excited about the opportunity to work in a green-field establishment of a new Transformation Office? Have you lived and breathed processes over the course of your career and seen how they contribute to new ways of working and improved performance?
The Water Corporation has recently established the Transformation Office to help enable the successful delivery of its Corporate and functional strategies. Of the roles available within the Transformation Office, we have a permanent opportunity based in our Leederville office, for an Analyst - Process to work with the business to train, coach and support the team to evaluate current processes and design future state processes. As part of our newly formed Transformation Office, this role will be key to maintaining process capability. The successful candidate will be someone who can champion how processes contribute to transformational change, has strong stakeholder engagement skills and be outcomes-driven.
What the role will involve:
- Work with the Process Architects to ensure that process design and standards are uniformly applied and implemented by the rest of the business.
- Conduct analysis and provide input to enable Process Architects to develop a robust process architecture
- Work collaboratively with the team and subject matter experts to understand key business drivers and ensure there is an end-to-end connection and cohesive approach across the processes.
- Provide support to key stakeholders to support their process transformation.
Key skills and experience
You will have a degree in IT, Business or a related discipline, along with substantial experience in process architecture and design, including developing and managing standards, methodologies, tools and frameworks. Your knowledge of process architecture, design policies, and ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders will ensure future success. Candidates with experience using HOPEX would be highly regarded for this role.
