A fixed term employment opportunity until 30th June 2024 is available in our Geraldton office.As a Coordinator – Work Planning , you will manage and coordinate the preparation of our regional work program (scheduling, programming, reporting and engaging customers) to ensure activities are carried out and assets operate as intended.
You will review the work program and check work has been completed accurately and within resource constraints.
You will also provide process support, training and coaching within the region and monitor the overall effectiveness of the region’s work program and planning processes to optimise the outcome for Water Corporation.
Having solid customer relationship and interpersonal skills, you will support effective delivery of works with our key stakeholders.
You will have experience and further exposure to our systems heavily used in this role – Maximo, SAP, and Power BI.
Ultimately, you will have a broad understanding of field-based service delivery functions and the potential risk associated with ineffective delivery of planned operations activities and preventative maintenance.
