About the role:

As a Supporting Officer Customer Network Support, you will be a pivotal part of providing a high-quality Customer experience, working in collaboration with the business. This role will require providing administrative support to the team involved in resolving a wide range of complex technical faults and emergency enquiries through various customer service channels.

What the role will involve:

Capturing detail into data administrative systems with precision

Manage multiple workflows and prioritise as requested

Provide interim communications to stakeholders where required

Support the team by actively identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities

Key skills and experience:

We are looking for a highly motivated person with a can-do attitude to support a fast paced and growing team.

The role requires strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work

Relevant experience in various business systems including Grange, Maximo and SAP
