About the Role:
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Partnering: Act as CFO for your portfolios, responsible for shaping investment priorities and driving commitment to operational excellence.
- Drive Performance: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to optimise outcomes.
- Deliver Insights:Responsible for providing scenario modelling and deep analysis to inform executive decisions.
- Governance & Risk: Responsible for ensuring for robust investment frameworks and proactively managing financial risks.
- Champion Change:Drive continuous improvement and support transformation initiatives.
- Influence & Capability:Provide support to elevate financial literacy and influence decisions without formal authority.
- Commercial Impact:Support major contracts, pricing strategies, and margin optimisation.
What You Bring:
- CA/CPA (or equivalent) with extensive senior finance/commercial experience.
- Poven ability to deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, and board-level reporting.
- Strong commercial acumen in pricing, margin analysis, and contract governance.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Advanced financial modelling and strategic analysis capability.
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Desirable: Experience in regulated industries.
