We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Change Manager at Perth Office on a Permanent Full-time basis.

About this role

As the Cyber Security Change Manager, you will be required to lead Western Power’s cyber security culture and awareness strategy and program. As a part of the Cyber Security Function you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on cyber security culture and awareness initiatives, shaping and overseeing the successful delivery and continuous improvement of effective cyber security culture and awareness capabilities, and delivering successful training and cultural change initiatives.

About you

We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

  • Experience supporting the overall design and delivery of a cohesive organisation-wide cyber security culture and awareness capability (e.g. strategy and program)
  • Experience identifying and evaluating people-centric cyber security risks to the organisation, and the behaviours that must change to mitigate those risks
  • Experience collaborating broadly to identify training requirements of role types across the organisation
  • Experience delivering and maintaining a roadmap of continual cyber security culture and awareness improvement initiatives through a variety of communication channels, engagement strategies, and activities
  • Experience working with and optimising Security Awareness Computer-Based Training (SACBT) platforms
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently communicate to a wide variety of audiences, and tailor communications appropriately
  • Strong communication and soft skills, with the ability to partner and collaborate effectively inside and outside of the cyber security function
  • Adaptability and resilience working in dynamic and rapidly transforming organisation and technology environment


  • Over five (5) years experience working in a relevant cyber security culture and awareness or change manager role with significant accountability and autonomy
  • Experience working in asset-intensive industries with exposure to Operational Technology (OT) environments
  • Tertiary qualification or industry certifications in Cyber Security or Change Management and Communications disciplines
