The Marketing Executive supports key go-to-market plans, and is the key intersection point between Client Partnerships (Sales, Client Strategy, Category and Marketing Integration) and Marketing & Insights.
The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager to develop, package and execute key go-to-market programs and collateral that position Cartology as a tier one media partner and help to provide exceptional client experiences.
They will be expected to develop insight-led stories and have the creativity that takes us beyond just a sales presentation, to create truly integrated and impactful opportunities. These opportunities will underpin our customer value proposition (We Get Customers) and drive commercial outcomes.
You will be a true partner with the sales team and provide them with what they need to be successful. You will have a keen sense of the Cartology brand and how to bring that to life in a commercial / sales context. In addition, the Marketing function is the key custodian and expert when it comes to industry knowledge and competitor intelligence.
The Marketing Executive will work with the Marketing Manager to bringing to life priority programs and brand collateral to generate demand, this may include:
Working with the Integrated Sales Activation team to deliver key marketing events and calendar moments in-market, ensuring A-class storytelling and collateral (Seasonal, Category etc.)
Bringing to life research, insights and brand-led initiatives for the sales team (e.g. Case Studies, brand-led programs / flag waving activities etc.)
Developing sales collateral, toolkits and training to ensure Cartology is seen as a tier one media company and solutions provider, particularly amongst Marketers
Supporting the Sales, Key Accounts and Client Strategy teams
Ensuring we deliver great client experiences that drive our Cartology Voice of Client scores
Supporting the launch/ expansion across new banners
Developing and delivering KPIs for all major programs. Ensuring we have robust measurement and post campaign reporting in place.
Being well networked across Cartology
Being an industry expert - understanding trends, the competitor landscape, global activity etc.

In addition you will have:
- Approximately 3 years experience in the media and marketing discipline
- Ability to distill complex information
- Creative eye and passion for storytelling for commercial benefit
- Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work well in a pressured situation
- Understanding of the client community - their needs and challenges
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to flourish in ambiguity, be proactive and curious
