About the role

An exciting opportunity exists to join Zurich’s new Life Insurance advice business ‘Assure’, as an Advice Assistant.

You will be responsible for providing strong administrative support to advisers and dealing with customer enquiries as you help implement advice recommendations. Your tasks will include overseeing file checklists, taking customer calls, diary/email management, obtaining additional information from customers and document preparation. Liaising with a range of internal/external stakeholders, you will provide a high level of service and proactively build strong relationships.

Important to your success

  • Administration and customer service experience, ideally within Financial Services
  • Diploma of Financial Planning and/or related degree will be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good relationship building skills
