Role

As a Senior Claims Advisor in our Workers’ Compensation team, you’ll manage a portfolio of complex claims while providing a high level of claims management service to injured workers and their employers.

 You will determine policy liability in conjunction with your Team Leader as required, and ensure Quality Assurance with the relevant legislation, guidelines, and instructions of Zurich and WorkCover. You will work with key stakeholders across the entire claims process for a portfolio of employers with aim of returning injured workers back to sustainable work in a timely and cost-effective way.

Important to your success


You will have experience within a worker’s compensation role with demonstrated technical claims and injury management knowledge.

  • 3+ years workers compensation experience (preferred)
  • Good understanding of the Workers’ Compensation legislation in WA and have experience dealing with regulators
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent computing skills (Word & Excel)
