About the role

Reporting to the Relationship Claims Account, the Claims Account Manager is responsible for Market Facing claims relationship management for targeted Brokers and Customers.

This role would suit someone strategic, structured and focused engagement driven, through collaborations with BDM’s, GRL’s and state managers with activity to support Zurich’s new business, business retention and product density initiatives where claims are clearly identified as a “value add”

Important to your success

  • HSC or Equivalent
  • Relevant degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading large claims teams
  • Minimum 10 years General Insurance claims experience
  • Proven track record delivering superior customer service
  • Knowledge of Polisy and Topaz systems
  • Knowledge of WorkFlow
  • Understanding of legislation and legal liability
  • Advanced technical knowledge of relevant products and services
  • Competent computing skills (Word & Excel)
