The role
As a Technical Business Analyst within our Superannuation team, you will play a key part in process improvements andfacilitating sessions that are focused around this. The Business Analyst is required to clearly document andcommunicatecomplex requirements, solutions and processes.
This role will see you liaise closely with clients to write solution designs and get to the heart of what our clients really want. You will confidently build wireframes, be tech savvy and bring your in depth Superannuation knowledge.
What you will be doing
Develop mockups and prototypes of proposed Acurity based solutions
Assist with the documentation of solution requirements
Ensure team processes are understood and effective
Build wireframes and customised specification
Ensure JIRA is being used as required and accurately reflects current activity
Report on configuration, testing and release activity
Analysis of business process requirements in the context of existing tools and processes, including JIRA
Facilitate sessions with the team that are focused on using metrics to drive improvement
Ensure customer value is delivered frequently and appropriate measures are in place
Keep up-to-date with organisational delivery frameworks and approaches
What you will need
Excellent verbal and written communicator with some exposure to what it is like to be a Business Analyst
Strong Supernnuation experience is essential for this role
Experience in developing mock-ups or other artifacts to help stakeholders understand proposed solutions
Ability to critically evaluate and improve processes
Willing to work with others in a collaborative team environment
Strong initiative to create an environment that fosters initiative in others
Ability to meet timeframes and deadlines
Not afraid to challenge the status quo
