The Role:

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to join our global team as the Community and Learning Coordinator! The role will be crucial to the Community and Learning team’s success in ensuring all operational activities and objectives are delivered efficiently and of a high standard.

This role can be based in any city across Australia and UK - so wherever you’re located, we’d love to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

  • Providing support to all Team Members of the Community and Learning team

  • Writing engaging community updates, learning communications, social media posts and blogs for external audiences

  • Analysing the feedback given of community and learning offerings

  • Liaising with internal teams to manage their digital presence, including helping to write and copy edit in order to keep content up to date and relevant

  • Supporting the Head of Community and Learning with a range of other tactical and operational activities and projects


What you will need:

  • Excellent writing and communications skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders

  • Experience coordinating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong knowledge and aptitude for digital communications

  • A can-do attitude with an analytical and innovative mindset

  • Outstanding organisational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
