The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our Keilor Park team. The Site Administrator role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all labour and payroll costing related data into a variety of business applications, raising jobs and purchase orders, monitoring, reporting, invoicing and customer interface. The role will be based in our Keilor Park office.

A day in the life of the Administration Assistant will include the following:

  • Preparation of payroll spreadsheets and reports
  • Raising and closing job purchase order numbers as required
  • Creating and sending invoices
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure procedures and processes are being followed correctly
  • Responding to queries from employees, operations and payroll.

Skills, Experience and Attributes

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience as an Administrator within a busy office environment;
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Previous experience using D365 is highly regarded;
  • Good mathematical knowledge;
  • Good time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines;
  • Effective communication skills – written and spoken;
  • Ability to work both autonomously with supervision and as part of a team;
  • Committed to a Zero Harm working environment;
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion;

Experience in payroll, accounts payable or accounts receivable is highly regarded.
