Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our Customer Lifecycle team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and fully leveraging its capabilities. You will have a strong foundation in marketing automation and will be tasked with creating, implementing and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts.

What will I be doing?
Responsible for marketing automation program development and execution, including audience segmentation, testing and deployment and continually evaluate these for improvementsSupport global marketing teams to help empower them with knowledge on the toolResponsible for supporting the landing and expanding of accounts with the wider marketing team and cross functional teamsUnderstand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing teamWork with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuouslyManage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standardsPlan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growthSupport essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansingPartner with GTM Operations, Regional Marketing, Program Management and Information Technology teams and various business teams to improve cross-functional work processes and ensure alignment and execution on strategic objectivesBuild trigger-based, automated marketing campaigns that drive value over time, built closely with demand generation and GTM teamsCommunicate recommendations, solutions and change to a variety of audiences across functions and levels in the org ensuring the right level of detail is given to the right audience.Assess business needs using critical thinking to reduce gaps and overlaps across processes, tools and people as we scale quickly.
What do I need?
5-7 + years marketing automation experience in Marketo“Adobe Certified Expert - Marketo Engage Business Practitioner preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of database management concepts and best practicesDeep working knowledge of Salesforce.comExperience with Marketo Sales Insights, Marketo Revenue Cycle Model/Revenue Cycle Explorer preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to communicate up and down an organisationProject management skills and capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervisionAble to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretionExcellent attention to detail
