10 Australian employers who offer outstanding paid parental leave benefits

January 10, 2023

If you’re looking to start or grow your family, where you work can profoundly impact your experience as a parent.

This is why we have compiled a list of employers with outstanding paid parental leave benefits (and included links to their available job opportunities!).

Essential considerations when reviewing the list:

  • The list is in no particular order, because different benefits will be important to different people.
  • Not all benefits will be listed per employer, but if you wish to see more, you can view their employer profile by clicking the “view benefits’ link under each listing.
  • These employers are of different sizes, so any comparisons you may make between them aren’t necessarily “apples with apples.”
  • The benefits are in addition to the Government funded benefits.
  • The benefits listed were correct at time of article publication and may be subject to change.
