Accounts Receivable Co-Ordinator

Job Description

Ideal candidate will need to process all manual invoices and Credit notes across GB, NL and US. this will include:
Custom Invoicing
Customer Reissues if invoicing is incorrect for whatever reason, Tax , Address, Customer.

All documentation relating to the manuals needs to be gathered and saved in the appropriate location and validation sort before sending out to customers. This is to evidence we are SOx compliant.
Authorising Emails PDF'd
Purchase Orders
Signed Contracts/ Agreements

We require the candidate to have a high level of communication skills with all levels as they will need to liaise with Customers PMs Credit Control and Customer Services as deemed necessary for each piece of work

The chosen Candidate will be required to work on their own initiative as well as as a team player.

You will need to work alongside the Receipts team as we aim to reduce / Clear our unallocate cash from where it is now to just items received in the current month. There maybe other adhoc tasks and cover required periodically.

This role covers GB, NL and US and will be added over time, as this is a Challenging and varied task the processes will be monitored regularly by AR Manager / Senior.
