Job Description

This is an exciting time to join the Abcam DIGITAL and the Digital Transformation Office! You will be instrumental in driving the evolution of data driven decision making in Abcam DIGITAL.

The Digital Transformation Office is the co-ordination and visibility centre across all Digital products, programmes, and projects, enabling the transformation of Digital and our Digital products. Working closely with the Portfolio Manager and Digital leaders, you will drive the visibility of opportunities and actionable insights across our Digital teams, through the creation of Digital portfolio and performance data.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain the frameworks and processes that enable Digital performance to be tracked, understood, and shared
  • Partner with senior Digital leaders and other teams, using insights to proactively identify opportunities or enable better decision making
  • Analyse data sets and present insights in a visually compelling manner, with action-oriented recommendations that answer key business questions

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced outcomes and data-driven individual, who can deliver on the responsibilities of this role and very quickly add value to our Digital teams. You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and will be highly proactive. Key competencies and knowledge:

  • Evidenced experience of processing and deriving value from large datasets
  • Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
  • An outcomes-oriented individual, comfortable working with product-led and agile teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, you build great relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Self-motivated with great organisation skills, you can adapt to changing or competing priorities
