About the team

The Service Delivery Account Managers work as part of the Client Services team. Working in a hybrid model across Service Delivery (Consultative) and Account Management (Managing Accounts, growing relationships and upselling). We are a global team of 8 and work closely with our partners as well as internal teams. Our remote-first culture means that you’re not required to come to the office but we are looking for someone who is based in the area and available to commute to either our London or Leamington Spa offices if needed.

In this role you will establish and maintain long lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Implement strategies and account plans to ensure clients receive world-class service to meet their business goals. You will be working with Clients across retail, automotive, gambling, technology, insurance and travel. You get the opportunity to work on the wider strategic growth of an account through farming and your consultative selling skills as well as the opportunity to become an operational SME in our Managed Service offerings.

What you'll be doing

-Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
-Analyse business trends to develop industry and/or specific growth strategies and identify additional opportunities for our services within an account.
-Regularly prepare documentation including but not limited to account plan strategies and quote requests.
-Client Service Management reporting on service, leading regular client reviews to discuss technical and commercial issues, in addition to periodic service and innovation reviews.
-Client Commercial engagement including; leading in the formation of, maintenance of and adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on behalf of the client and Adaptavist - leading any dispute resolutions associated to them.
-Contact and escalation point for customers relating to operational delivery matters - including patching, upgrades, infrastructure changes and any other operational issues.

-Experience in an active direct account and/or customer facing role
-Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth Tech start-up environment
-Understands the importance of client trust, interpersonal skills and developing long-term relationships
-Ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment as well as individually
-Proactive, persuasive, energetic with detail orientation and good communication
-Self-starting, strongly ambitious and tenacious: willing to go the extra mile
-High sense of priorities and are able to multitask with tight deadlines, flexibility and an entrepreneurial spirit
-Excellent follow-up skills
