About the team

When you join Adaptavist’s Scriptrunner marketing team, you’ll be joining a group of eight fun and energetic marketing enthusiasts from various creative backgrounds in product marketing and content marketing. At the moment, the team is based across the UK and Spain.

About the role

Scriptrunner Marketing is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager, who will champion our products, our brand and our content in public, digital spaces which are populated by customers, prospects and advocates. The position will be pivotal in fulfilling our brand commitment to listen to, support, and engage with our customers.

This role offers an opportunity to own our social channels, create social content plans and also develop critical and analytical skills in order to better understand the performance of marketing strategies for the Scriptrunner brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Work with various stakeholders to manage marketing assets, and distribute brand and product content via social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Manage scheduling of social posts across various social media accounts
  • Grow our audiences and monitor engagement on our social media channels
  • Grow our fledgling advocate programme, ScriptRunner Squad and engagement with other ScriptRunner-owned properties, such as Library (a script repository) and forums
  • Set up alerts and actively monitor discussions relating to ScriptRunner and our problem spaces in order to identify opportunities for us to add value or problem-solve
  • Liaise with technical colleagues to answer queries and ensure content accuracy where necessary
  • Identify opportunities to work with advocates and influencers
  • Actively contribute to content and engagement ideation sessions
  • Actively support and provide insight into the marketing team's monthly reporting; latest trends, updating the team on results, making recommendations
  • What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years of corporate experience in a social media, community-oriented or generalist marketing role
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Drive and aptitude to manage a broad range of responsibilities with a customer-centric attitude
  • Experience working within and influencing collaborative teams from inception to implementation, particularly with technical colleagues & external third parties
  • Experience in a fast-paced, fast-growth B2B Tech environment
  • Experience working within a Product Marketing team
  • PR and comms knowledge and/or experience is an added advantage
  • Video/audio production experience with Atlassian product knowledge is an added advantage
