As a Product Owner, you will report into the Director of International Marketing Products and be responsible for partnering with Business Unit partners (ICS, GCS and GMS), Centres of Excellence, control functions and staff groups to identify opportunities to support, optimise and transform marketing processes via workflow solutions and automation. You must be exceptionally motivated, have superior relationship management and communication skills, mature problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of product ownership/management with experience of development frameworks such as agile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of products from conception to launch
  • End to end project management
  • Point of Departure process assessment
  • Requirements gathering and use case assessment and user story creation
  • Gap identification and sizing
  • Point of Arrival design and solution identification
  • Prioritisation of change initiatives
  • Execution of user acceptance and business validation testing
  • Implementation and change management
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience of Salesforce Product Management/Ownership highly advantageous
  • Experience managing products from concept to launch
  • Experience of technical delivery and knowledge of the agile framework
  • Experience in design thinking
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a record of innovation and results
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strategic thought leader with a practical approach to problem solving to determine the most effective long term solution to process enhancement/development requirements
  • Growth mind set approach to challenges
  • Proven record of delivering quantifiable efficiencies/performance optimization and implementing change
  • Excellent communication/networking skills with ability to secure alignment and influence without authority. Able to adapt communication style to work effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to work flexibly in an ever changing environment
  • Must be highly motivated and be prepared to take personal accountability.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo
