The Colleague Solutions & Services team are looking for a Manger Assistant to support the Vice President of Servicing in the Colleague Experience Group (CEG). This role will have a broad range of responsibilities including day-to-day business priorities as well as ad-hoc projects. The Manager Assistant must be able to work independently, manage confidential information, contribute to high-level initiatives, and maintain a professional demeanor. Flexibility and a positive outlook are crucial as it is a fast-paced environment and priorities can change hourly.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Advises the Vice President, providing professional assistance, project management, and recommendations on issues/activities

  • Research for documents, compiles data and/or analyses data from numerous sources

  • Planning and monitoring budget expenditures, including T&E

  • Coordinates, monitors & reports on Investment expenditure and project results

  • Owns & supports special projects and drives implementation of programs across servicing & CEG

  • Crafts communications and presentations for internal & external audiences

  • Supports the resolution of issues raised by colleagues by coordinating with other CEG leaders

  • Supports all people related annual processes, Talent, Year End, MET, Headcount trends etc.

  • A key member of the Servicing Engagement Team

  • May represent the Vice President at meetings when required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Learns quickly and can work with minimal direction

  • Demonstrate project management, organization and planning skills applied in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment

  • Exceptional analytical skills and strong financial acumen

  • Mature/professional communication skills

  • Ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that sometimes requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, judgment, or negotiation in replying to inquiries, and/or presenting or requesting information.

  • Flexible working style & attitude

  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate at multiple levels of the organization

  • Ability to take initiative and work within ambiguous situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Significant relevant work experience and an undergraduate degree/ Masters Level degree preferred

  • Experience of financial/business acumen and disciplines and familiarity with American Express business groups preferred
