UK Lending Portfolio Management

The UK Lending team manages and drives growth from our Consumer Credit Card portfolio, as well as developing our lending capabilities for all customers. The team delivers value for our existing customers by driving strategic growth initiatives for new products and propositions, and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns and customer engagement.

We have innovative new capabilities on our roadmap and are looking for a Marketing Portfolio Analyst who is excited to drive high-impact projects forward. How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Analyse portfolio data to identify trends, characterise segments and monitor business health, using SQL to query internal databases
  • Drive key projects end-to-end including finding revenue growth opportunities, defining what success looks like, leading implementation, delivering communications etc.
  • Collaborate across UK and global teams including Tech, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Servicing, Legal and Compliance

Essential Skills:

  • Teamwork – You are comfortable working with multiple partners, aligning with them in order to make business decisions
  • Analytics – You have previous experience with data analysis. You will have a strong command of Excel, plus working knowledge of other data analytics tools such as SQL
  • Attitude – A self-starter with great drive to learn, you are curious and always willing to go above and beyond to deliver good customer and business outcomes
  • Communication Skills – You will be comfortable speaking with business leaders and engaging across the wider UK Consumer team
