What you’ll do:
As a National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and supporting the biologics sales team to achieve the key missions, and continue to develop their skills. You will lead the execution of commercial and project-based offerings as required by the business and lead & deploy AZ solutions in partnership with the cross-functional team to support the rapid uptake of severe asthma biologics and/or the launch of new therapies.
This role is perfect for those from Pharmaceutical backgrounds looking to move to a more profound world-leading organisation.
Proven sales leadership, ideally in the biologic arena
Proven coaching and development skills
Ability to execute strategies with perfection
Excellent business acumen, demonstrating good analytical, planning and organisational skills
Experience of specialised commissioning (Including regional specialised commissioners)
Ability to demonstrate emotional Intelligence
Proven track record of NHS knowledge
Good understanding of Project and Account Management
Educated to degree level
Full driving license
