You will be working in the Oncology Biometrics Programming department that oversees and drives the delivery of the statistical programming aspects of clinical development. Through our data visualization and reporting solutions, we lead and maintain the end-to-end process of Analysis and Reporting of the statistical deliverables. Here you will be supported by leadership and empowered at every level to prioritize, make bold moves and to think differently and big.


The Director, Statistical Programming is accountable for the leadership, management and development of Programming teams and the quality of their deliverables. You will also provide significant input to the initiatives and strategies of the programming department. You will need to have strong leadership skills along with a consistent record of leading and working with and within a distributed team.

Essential for the role

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s (or local equivalent) degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Life or Social Sciences or related field
  • Excellent Communication and Influencing skills
  • Genuine commitment to drive innovation and improve efficiency
  • Thorough knowledge of the clinical development process from development through life cycle management
  • Thorough knowledge of industry standards, trends and practices
  • Experience in successfully managing global teams
  • Experience managing budgets and resource projections
  • Experience working on Oncology clinical trials
