Acting as part of FACT, In this role, you will be reporting to the FACT Central Training Lead and will be working closely with the CTCM Training Lead and the CTCM Training Managers. You will also be working closely with the CTCM Workstream Leads (Business Change, Design, Technology, Data, Testing, Deployment and Project Management) to be able to deliver required training activities to the impacted end users. You will be the bridge between the Programme and the business and a key part of the central project team that will be deploying the overall Change and Training.

The CTCM project will affect around 3500 users across the globe and each user should be trained in the new solution (process & system) within a short time frame and requires close monitoring of training statistics (training assignment & completion). The role is global and requires working across different time zones but the central project team is predominantly based out of Luton, UK.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the FACT Central Lead and training co-ordinators to identify opportunities to enhance current ways of working – develop standardised templates, style guides, share best practice

  • Work closely with the CTCM Central Training lead, Training Managers and the Training Co-ordinator to support CTCM Project training activities such as developing a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), developing TTT and EUT training materials

  • Work closely with the CTCM Training Managers and trainers in the business to support the development of e-learning modules

  • Facilitate recordings of training modules and edit recordings through e-learning tools

  • Support the scheduling of training sessions, setting up training environment and updating training material prior to Transition to BAU

  • Monitoring trainee participation for mandatory training and report statistics to CTCM Training Lead and Managers to ensure compliance is met

  • Leverage the global LMS tool Saba Cloud to schedule and monitor training completion (acceptance and attendance)

  • Work closely with the GLS (Global Learning Services) Team to fully utilise their services to schedule training courses and monitor completion

  • Maintain training trackers

  • Support training logistics

  • Plan and deliver training activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with AZ’s policies and standards

  • Development opportunities to step into Training Mgr role on a demand basis to cover immediate resource gaps

  • Work across time zones / key stakeholders are located across the globe

Essential for the role

  • Experience of planning and delivering training in a large complex transformation project

  • Training facilitation experience

  • Experience of Learning Management System (LMS) tools

  • Experience from e-learning tools to develop e-learnings (Articulate, Camtasia)

  • Experience of working with stakeholders across functions and geographies and managing them effectively

  • Interpersonal Communication, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Planning Skills, Collaboration

  • Excellent team working, networking and influencing skills to develop solutions

  • Mental Agility: Comfortable with complexity

  • Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictability. Forward looking.

  • Self-Awareness: Has personal insight and effectively communicates

  • Skilled in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Desirable for the role

  • Business or Accounting degree

  • Project management certification or experience from working in waterfall or agile projects

  • Practical, demonstratable experience of delivering training in operational finance

  • Experience in managing business change

  • Finance background
