In the Oncology Business Unit, we play a key role in driving launch and commercial effectiveness. We are focused on setting the direction and leading the business in shaping the cancer care environment and empowering care teams. What you’ll do

In this role, you will make an impact by overseeing the global oncology project planning, strategic resource and capacity management activities to support the product launch delivery. This includes:

  • Create an integrated, end to end business planning model, identifying ways for optimization and consistent asset level planning across functions

  • Define ideal path forward for each stage in commercialization of a product

  • Propose strategic resource plan by evaluating the pipeline and bringing in a prioritization framework

  • Lead the communication strategy for change management and implementation

Essential for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in a fast-paced development setting, with expertise in business planning, operations and strategy

  • Strong understanding of commercialization process and a successful product launch

  • Operational focus and vision for how teams can operate effectively and efficiently

  • Project management capabilities at a portfolio level

  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with effective communication skills

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills on how to develop and grow an organization

  • Proven ability to drive projects forward to a successful conclusion in a matrix organization
