Job title: Lead Project Controller

Location: Portsmouth Broad Oak - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Salary: Circa £45,000

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be maintaining a hierarchy of schedules
  • You’ll maintain the performance measure baseline and control change
  • You’ll progress reviews and reporting for CAMs and the Project Manager
  • You’ll further develop the project controls capability across the team
  • You’ll lead the team

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience of developing people & co-ordinating the workload
  • Proven experience of influencing stakeholders
  • Collaborative working
  • Identifying and delivering improvement to business processes

The team:

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop project management skills using toolsets including Microsoft Project Server and Cobra (Earned Value Management). You would also be working with the MOD to support maritime assets and develop new technologies.
