Job title: Communications Advisor

Location: Glasgow. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £40,000 + depending on experience

Please note – this role is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Communications Manager in the development and delivery of effective and integrated communications plans
  • Building effective and robust communications networks through customer relationship management, supporting delivery and improve effectiveness of communications
  • Developing plans for specific activity to meet specified communications objectives
  • Writing and sub-editing communications for bulletins, newsletters, intranet, internet, and local media
  • Presenting complex messages in a simple way across a range of mediums/external communication channels

Your skills and experiences:

  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills
  • Building strong network and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience of providing support to a transformation programme is desirable
  • Experience of working with both online and offline employees is desirable
