Job Title: Capacity Planning Lead

Salary: Up to £50,000 dependant on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Regular engagement with Project Management teams in discussing long term resource requirements

  • Chair monthly and quarterly resource meetings with internal and external stakeholders

  • Present data in a meaningful way – i.e., taking complex information and breaking it down for non-technical stakeholders

  • Recognise key points and present them in a way that’s easy to understand

  • Responsible for acting as a focal point between strategic and tactical resource planning leads and established supply solutions by role / trade to support Integrated Business Plan process

Your skills and experiences:

  • Resource planning / Headcount planning experience

  • Knowledge of MRP / ERP systems (SAP) – how they operate and how it links to various metrics related to financial and project performance. Advanced abilities with Microsoft Excel

  • Strong interpersonal skills - dealing with various stakeholders at multiple levels

The Resourcing team:

You will be supporting the Royal Navy in both local and global operations within resource planning. This is a unique and challenging role where no two days are the same, you will have the opportunity to develop and progress within BAE and be provided training along the way.
