Job title: Service Delivery Manager

Salary: £67,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing:

  • Hosting Business Group/Sector Service Reviews
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service from the Service Operations Team and Managed Suppliers
  • Providing Leadership support for the on-boarding and early engagement of new services and customers
  • Managing customer expectations and communications
  • Driving customer satisfaction and Service Improvement Initiatives
  • Representing customers on Major Incident and Service Continuity and Restoration teams
    Bringing understanding of customers business and technical environments to these forums and ongoing communication with the Business Group

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experienced IT Service Delivery Manager – proven abilities and background
  • Good understanding of tech – proficiency in technical environment
  • Leadership with strong communication skills in a customer engagement capacity
  • Ability to manage relationships with other leaders, peers, subordinates and customers/suppliers to interact confidently and represent the business at all levels
  • ITIL 3 /4 would be an advantage

The Service Management team:

This role manages the delivery of services into each respective Business Group and has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of how the representing Business Group operates and acts as the Customer point of contact for IT Service-related business.
