Salary: Up to £53,000 dependent on skills & experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring accurate strategic evaluations and option generation for investment decision making
  • Delivering investment appraisal and business case financial support to the Naval Ships business
  • Managing a portfolio of key investment projects including benefits realisation tracking
  • Delivering financial management of live major investments within the integrated projects team
  • Ensuring that quality and robust governance is maintained across the investment portfolio to the highest standards
  • You will be acting as a key interface with customers on business affordability and pricing reviews

Your skills and experiences:


  • CIMA/ACCA/ICAS/ACA Qualified
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Investment Appraisal Skills and Techniques


  • Previous experience of complex facilities or build projects
  • Good understanding of long-term business planning processes

The finance team: This exciting and challenging position will give you the opportunity to be involved in delivering projects which will improve the business financials in the long term. A highly visible role, you will be required to regularly partner with senior functional stakeholders and representatives from the customer community
