Job Title: Project Professional – Submarine Support - IKM Transition to Support

What you’ll be doing:
- To assist/lead in the development, continuous improvement and roll out of processes, procedures and working agreements with focus on information sharing
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate process development/mapping activities and workshops
- To ensure that processes comply with legal and contractual requirements
- To provide/present reports etc in support of process development activities

- Written and presentation skills (drafting documents)
- Stakeholder management
- Any exposure to Project Management
- Project Management background
- Digital data background
- Process/plan drafting experience

The IKM (Information Knowledge Management) team:
The Submarines Support Engineering team within Integrated Combat Systems is responsible and accountable for ensuring that the design is supportable and operated in line with the Boat safety case and that support outputs are delivered in line with key Boat programme milestones and actioned in-service.
This includes the identification, definition and co-ordination and delivery of the Operating and Maintenance procedures for the Boat systems; the build configuration record of the Boat; the supporting technical documentation for systems and equipment together with the associated Boat spares required on-board and at Base along with the Ashore facilities and test equipment in order to conduct maintenance.
The purpose of the IKM team is to deliver a multi-year roadmap of enterprise capability improvements to support a timely Dreadnought Transition to Service and ensure Dreadnought is Ready for Patrol.
