Job title: Business Analyst

Location: Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Salary: Up to £32k per annum depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyse the business impact of change requirements from multiple sources; application driven change (releases), business-initiated change, people strategy driven change and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support the preparation and presentation of change assessments with recommendations to monthly Change Review Board
  • Collect, understand, qualify, and transmit the business requirements for the project to key stakeholders for impact assessment, initiation/statement of work, development and delivery phases
  • Work with the appropriate technical leads and 3rd Party organisations to ensure solutions are properly designed, developed, tested and implemented
  • Validate the design with stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the business requirements
  • Be responsible for ensuring change control and change management procedures are followed within the project team as they relate to requirements
  • Leverage best practice and ensure structured documentation and governance

Your skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience working in a business analysis or change role
  • Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting business processes
  • A passion for your chosen specialist field and the ability to plan and articulate the BA and Business change management tasks and activities required during project delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills


  • Experience of delivering work streams across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Experience of business process mapping tools
  • Experience of working in HR or Finance functions
  • Industry recognised professional qualifications e.g. BCS Diploma, Lean Six Sigma
