Job title: Project Manager

Location: Filton – Hybrid, we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements

Salary: £56,816 (Depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing plans and schedules, which reflect a robust understanding of dependencies and execution logic
  • Supporting the CAM in defining and managing the resources required to achieve the project scope of work
  • Monitoring and Controlling of Projects in line with the monthly reporting calendar, including Spend Management, Earned Value Management, Risk Management, and supporting the CAM in decision-making and out turn predictions based on trend analysis
  • Managing project change through the formal Baseline Change Process
  • Supporting the CAM in developing a robust quarterly forecast for each project
  • Supporting the Head of T&E in resource scenario planning

Your skills and experiences:


  • APMP/PDMY or equivalent qualification or extensive experience in this area
  • Earned Value Management
  • Ability to control a budget account


  • Understanding of the E&I Capability Area and some of its projects and the role of their CAM in the context of those entities.
  • Knowledge of Commercial, Finance and Procurement processes and practical experience of their interrelationships with project control processes
