Job Title: Manufacturing Technology Lead

Location: Glascoed, Washington or Radway Green (Hybrid working available)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working within the Operations community covering all Land (UK) sites as the lead protagonist with respect to designing a fully integrated end-to-end production system / solution in line with our digital connected vision
  • Innovate and drive our current Connected Enterprise Solution (CES) strategy from an Operations view whilst fully interacting with our IT department
  • Central maintenance support ownership, driving SAP improvements, CMMS improvements, managing the RCM programme within Land UK
  • Supporting equipment modification to enable new process introduction and creating test methods to assess products in large-scale production lines, ensuring compliance with the finished product specifications whilst investigating alternative process parameters to improve efficiency, quality and costs using digital solutions

Your skills and experiences:


  • Experience in managing / integrating fully automated manufacturing processes in both high and low volume production environments
  • Manufacturing background in one of the following disciplines e.g. engineering, operational, or IT


  • Understanding Industry 4.0 applications (Augmented Reality, Smart maintenance, smart factory, etc.)
  • Having a vision on how new technologies will give us an advantage in the marketplace
