Salary: £35,000 + Depending on Skills and Experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Collate and assess all user experience feedback to gather in-depth insights and improve our understanding of end-users needs and perceptions on the performance of our services
- Work with full Global and Domestic Mobility Services team, in particular working alongside the Global and Domestic Mobility Services Family Experience Lead, and briefing key stakeholders (including members of the Shared Services board) to determine recommendations for improvement to optimise the employee and assignee experience across BAE Systems enterprise
- Develop detailed feedback process increasing engagement and enabling direct personal communication with employees and assignees who are utilising services of Global and Domestic Mobility Services
- Working with Global and Domestic Mobility Services supplier leads and, where appropriate, suppliers to drive improvements in supplier performance as part of holistic service offering
- Understand commercial pressures on international programmes to ensure focus on cost conscious approach ensuring value of services provided
- Act as an ambassador for collaboration and constructive challenge to ensure the requirements of our end users are a key element in our process optimisations and Global and Domestic Mobility Services culture
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience of Global Mobility end to end assignment management including supplier roles and relationships
- Experience of identifying and implementing process improvements and adopting and sponsoring a continuous improvement mentality and approach
- Proven track record in working directly with, and managing wide range of stakeholders
