We've created a new team of Data Analysts, who as we continue to grow, will work alongside our regional teams to support the delivery of our full fibre infrastructure. Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:
- Tracking and reporting Operational Acceptance-related data in your allocated cities and regions
- Creating analysis and reports for key OA performance measures
- Assisting the OA Manager in targeting field-based support
- Coordinating, interpreting and presenting field data
What will you bring to the role?
You’ll have a positive can-do attitude and a passion for all things data, alongside a track record successfully using data visualisation tools. You will also bring some of the below to CityFibre with you:
- Experience of handling and manipulating raw data
- Strong working knowledge of ETL processes and tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior managers and stakeholders
- A history of working towards targets and monthly performance parameters
An understanding of CRM systems, Power BI, Tableau and SQL would be beneficial.
