How can you change it up?
As the Centre of Excellence (CoE) Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for looking after the coordination and administration of all CoE materials, online and offline events, as well as being a key point of content for the overall CoE function. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are ambitious and excited to develop. We’ll provide all the support to help you achieve this, including the opportunity to participate in a Learning and Development qualification. Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:
- Managing the CoE email inbox, ensuring swift resolution to queries and proactive communication
- Organising and attending governance group meetings, providing support with management of pre-papers, taking minutes and recording follow up actions
- Supporting the diary management of the Director of CoE, including arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support with formatting of documents including presentations, reports and papers
- Developing and maintaining systems such as databases and spreadsheets
What will you bring to the role?
Perhaps you’ve worked in an administrative environment before or looking to put your organisational skills to the test. Experience in Microsoft Office is a must, allowing you to hit the ground running form Day 1. You will bring some of the below to CityFibre with you:

- A full UK driving licence
