Learning Management Systems Specialist
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Contract/temp
This is a 12-month fixed-term-contract and is a hybrid role, so you’ll be working from one of our offices (London, Milton Keynes, Telford) at least 1-2 days per week.
As the fastest-growing fibre network in the UK, you could say we’re changing things up. Not only are we unlocking the digital potential of an entire nation, but we’re also constantly evolving, to give our people the most seamless employee experience possible. We’re doing this by creating a sense of purpose among our teams and offering career development opportunities the like of which has never been seen before. We’re a company that cares about people, places and new possibilities. Could this be the fresh start you’re looking for?
If you’re going to be changing it up, you deserve to be looked after. That’s why we’re offering a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience. On top of that, you’ll be able to enjoy plenty of benefits like 25 days’ holiday, a day off on your birthday, a day off to support a charity or organisation of your choice, a performance-related bonus scheme, and private healthcare to name just a few.
How you’ll change it up
You’ll be joining our vibrant and dedicated learning and development team to take on the management of our LMS, continuing to provide a best-in-class platform that promotes the success of our learning development activities.
Day to day, some of the things you’ll be doing are:
- Coaching the team and wider business (especially our managers and system admins) on best practice and functionality
- Getting creative with solutions to challenges and requirements
- Providing reporting and data insights which inform the business on the success of learning initiatives
- Working with key stakeholders and the L&D Manager to assess learning needs
- Supporting online learning creation, producing relevant, exciting and engaging digital learning experiences
As well as already having some experience managing an LMS, you’ll also bring the following with you to CityFibre:
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in data and reporting management
- Excellent written, listening and communication skills
If you’ve just found yourself nodding and thinking, ‘I can do that!’, things are about to get exciting.
