Role Jurisdiction: Group/Central Functions

Key Stakeholders: Director of SSC, Billing, P2P and Credit Control Leads / FD’s / Commercial Leads/ IT Leads / Controllership Leads /

Purpose of the Role:

Deliver recruitment services within agreed SLAs to meet current and future resource requirements. To deliver an efficient, effective, and pro-active, high quality recruitment service across the Central functions. The Talent partner is responsible for attracting and sourcing the best and most diverse talent to join our business

Be an advocate of the employer brand ensuring the business is represented as an Employer of Choice in all transactions with a focus on reducing recruitment costs

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment campaigns following the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering outcomes within agreed SLAs, and providing excellent customer experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Design and deliver attraction strategies using appropriate channels to reach a range of audiences and generate interest in our vacancies and career opportunities.
  • Design selection processes that effectively screen and filter applications to enable campaign specific application conversion rates to be achieved, including conducting first stage interviews and sourcing direct for 70% of the roles
  • Work effectively with the Talent Manager and the HR Administrator’s to respond to queries, acting as an escalation point to clarify and provide guidance on policies and procedures, and escalating within HR for other support as needed.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement in resourcing processes, taking a lead on assigned projects
  • Manage the job offer process with candidates and ensuring an optimum candidate onboarding experience
  • Act as an advocate for the business
  • Promoting the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Actively use sourcing channels and social media to build networks, and tap into those networks to fulfil resourcing requirements and build candidate pipelines
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders, and use data, market intelligence and excellent communication skills to influence managers when designing their recruitment campaign.
  • Work collaboratively with the business to understand current and future resource requirements and to be able to plan and deliver successful campaigns in partnership with third-party suppliers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador
