Our first area of focus was to help managers with Shareholding Disclosure, a complex regulatory problem without a decent solution in the market. We were first to licence legal information from aosphere, an affiliate of Allen & Overy, which underpins some of our rule packages. Since that time, our product has become the undisputed market leader for the management of Shareholding Disclosure. We have also added new ground-breaking services - Sensitive Industries and Position Limits - and in 2020, have introduced Rapportr to make reporting simple for our clients.
In 2018, we became a Certified B Corporation and in 2019 were recognised as a B Corp 'Best for the World' Honoree - highlighting our commitment to doing good by our people, the environment and the community. The role
Do you have a passion for finance, law, and technology, and the drive to continuously raise the bar and deliver exceptional results? Are you a skilled manager with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify new opportunities for regulatory solutions? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as Head of Regulatory Compliance at FundApps!
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team that reviews and analyses financial regulations and translates them into software solutions across our global client base, providing expert guidance on compliance regulations in 100+ jurisdictions. You'll work directly with Allen & Overy, FIATech and other market partners, and the engineering team to enhance the functionality and scope of our rules engine.
As Head of Regulatory Compliance reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you'll be responsible for managing the team, setting goals and objectives, and providing ongoing training and development opportunities. You'll also be expected to have a strategic outlook, with the ability to identify new regulatory developments and opportunities to commercialise new regulatory products. This is a hands-on role that requires initiative and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and potentially code rules directly into our system, as well as drive strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
