EUC Support Engineer

Exciting opportunity to recruit an EUC Support Engineer.

Can you :-

  • Take ownership of Incidents and requests and manage to resolution.
  • Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates.
  • Able to work collaboratively and autonomously in seeing tasks through to completion and be able to identify and fix inefficiencies and issues.
  • Ensure BAU and projects are delivered to a high quality and on time.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication, customer handling and inter‐personal skills.
  • Constantly work to optimise support processes and procedures, looking for opportunities to turn reactive call handling into pro-active service delivery.
  • Ensure incidents and problems are always managed correctly documenting all steps for later analysis.
  • Working with and support our ServiceDesk to enable sufficient knowledge transfer thus increasing first time fix
  • Handover of new and replacement hardware, ensuring the end user has a good understanding how to use it and how to seek support
  • Adhering to service management processes and standards. Ensuring excellent incident management to minimise business impact
  • Create and update Knowledge Items and other relevant documentation

If you can bring the following experience to this role why not submit your application:-

  • A minimum of 3 years' demonstrated performance as primary administrator for End User support systems
  • Demonstrable experience of supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 365
  • Good Problem-solving abilities, able to resolve most technical issues and concisely relaying issues for escalation to the migrations team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating systems - Windows 10
  • Image builds using SCCM
  • Use of and understanding of IT Tools, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange
  • Experience of managing AV/VC environments
  • Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • Telephony Management (Yealink)
  • ITIL Qualified
