We’re currently looking for a motivated and experienced Implementation Specialist to work within our Global Client Solutions Team to be responsible for identifying client order management requirements and desired outcomes, leveraging our Iress Delivery Framework (IDF) methodology where possible. You'll be designing optimal and repeatable Trading & Market Data solutions for our clients, as well as configuring core products to achieve client outcomes and support timely delivery of client order routing, connectivity and trading workflows. Partnering with our client-facing teams, you'll build close relationships with clients by providing an escalation path for technical issues, diagnosing issues and identifying solutions including required development items. You will need to be confident in solving complex trading issues and come up with realistic solutions.
What you will be doing
You’ll be working on a variety of client implementation projects within Trading & Market Data, working to deliver these on time and to budget, achieving successful outcomes and exceeding client expectations.
You will act as a Subject Matter Expert on Trading & Market Data solutions to teams across Iress by diagnosing and troubleshooting complex trading related system issues reported by clients.
Building and maintaining relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders will be key as well as assisting with training requirements for your colleagues and clients where there are additional layers of complexity that require a more technical range.
What you will need
Alongside yoursolid understanding of financial markets and products, experience and understanding of various Trading system technology and platforms is required. You’ll have excellent knowledge ofFIX order routing as well as experience with configuring Order Managements systems.
