Role Purpose
We are currently looking for an engaging and proactive Training Consultant to facilitate pro-active support to our clients in the on-boarding of some of our key Sourcing products (The Exchange, Trigold and Xplan Mortgage) with a view to embedding and promoting increased use of services. You will promote a positive experience for our clients in the adoption of our products through provision of on-site training, presentations to user groups and subject matter expertise.
Working closely with the Head of Business Development, Business Development Managers and Account Managers, you’ll nurture the relationships of our Sourcing clients, be a natural at building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders as well as ensuring the client sees Iress as a strategic partner essential to the growth of their business.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...
Assisting clients with the adoption of Iress products to enable our solutions to support their business needs
Preparation and delivery of presentations to clients and user forums
Produce and maintain collateral for use during the adoption process
Provide initial and ongoing training to our client’s employees on the functionality of the product
Log queries and questions received from clients, identify trends and make recommendations to Product & Technology teams based on feedback
Support the Key Account Managers in sales presentations/demonstrations and attend roadshows to promote Iress products
To be successful in this role you will…
Have core work experience within Financial Services, in particular Mortgages and/or Life Insurance with exposure to supporting clients and building effective relationships with ease. You will have the natural ability to interpret product features and convey business benefits to all levels.
You will be an excellent team player who can prioritise workloads with a positive, results orientated approach. Communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively - both written and verbally at all levels is essential.
